RETURN POLICY
We are sorry your item did not work out. Please contact your sales representative or call 833.208.5542 to request return authorization. All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any returns received without an issued return authorization number may be ineligible for refund.
Return Requirements
All return requests must be made within (5) days of receiving your order by notifying us at info@bcollectivecompany.com or by phone at 833.208.5542 Packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials. Products returned without a valid RGA will be refused from the shipper and no refunds or replacements will be issued. Once we issue an RGA, we must receive the product back within (10) days and it must be returned and shipped at the customer’s expense. Upon return of the product, all items must be in the original unmarked package, new condition, undamaged, and never installed or modified in any way.Approved refunds will be issued via the ame method in which the item was purchased.
"As-New" Condition is
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Installed or modified, customized or made to order shades
- Bulbs or accessories purchased individually
- Final Sale
- Last Call
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. You will receive an email confirming the amount of your refund less applicable restocking fees once the merchandise has safety reached our warehouse.
Defective Merchandise
If you encounter a defect in your product, please call your sales representative or customer service at 833.208.5542 to request a replacement or return. Items arrived with shipping damage or lost in transit must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments.
